The Purrfect Newsletter Of All Time
Meow, welcome and thank you for subscribing to my newsletter. I wanted to start this newsletter so I could:
Feature some of my favorite cat products, so you can decide if you want to try them yourself, and host giveaways for some of my favorite things,
Share more photos and videos of the art that is me, as well as stories and tips,
Have an outlet for my Luke the Rescue cat cartoon (You can find the first and second edition on Instagram),
Feature some of my friends from Instagram, so they can gain more recognition for their exquisite beauty,
And promote the #AdoptDontShop campaign, to help other abandoned cats find their forever homes.

Health tip of the week: Is your cat getting enough water?
Humans are not the only ones who need to make sure they are getting enough H2O. Dehydration in cats can lead to a number of health issues.
Cats need to consume about 4 ounces of water per five pounds of lean body weight per day, so the average 10-pound cat should drink about one cup of water per day. It’s important to realize that cats that eat wet food, which can contain up to 80% water, may drink less, and cats that eat dry food usually take more of their daily water requirement in by drinking.
Cats are known to prefer running water, so a pet water fountain can be a great investment. You can find them relatively cheap online or in most pet stores. However, make sure you regularly change the filter, and deep clean the interior and water pump every week or two.
I used to have this adorable flower water fountain from Amazon, but guess who figured out how to pop off the top and make a huge mess?
Now, to ensure that I’m getting enough water, my mom has employed these tips:
Add a little splash of water to your wet food every day and stir it in
Offer multiple water bowls around the house
Change it at least once a day (or twice—once in the morning and once before bed) and keep them clean
Let your faucet slow drip for a bit while you’re at home

April giveaway: Nulo Freestyle Bone Broth For Dogs & Cats: Homestyle Chicken Bone Broth
One of my favorite things about the Nulo brand is their all-natural ingredients. This delicious topper is only made with water, chicken bones, apple cider vinegar, celery, carrots, parsley, thyme, lemon juice, and turmeric. No preservatives, no chemicals…just the sweet nectar of chicken bones. These tasty packets are great for pouring over kibble!

Open to U.S. residents only (sorry, international friends). Five winners will be selected at random and announced in May.
